His knowledge of bikes and riding and my determination to succeed saw me go from having never ridden before, to becoming more and more confident on the bike. I finished the day a better informed and skilled rider and passed the licence test comfortably following the days training. I took a lot out of it and have already noticed an improvement in my riding technique. By consciously thinking about my body input and where I'm looking I've already found corners and general riding smoother and more enjoyable. It was great to see that even though you have probably instructed heaps of courses you still took the time to explain all the details and ensure all group members fully understood the task ahead whilst also being easy to listen to.
